PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION, PROCESSING INFORMATION NOTICE AND EXPLICIT CONSENT DECLARATION
Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“PDPL”), I have been duly informed by ART ZEMİN ENDÜSTRİYEL ZEMİN KAPLAMALARI İNŞ. SAN. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. (“Art Zemin” or the “Company”), acting as the data controller, regarding the processing of my personal data.
Within this scope, I have been informed that my identity information, contact information, employment and professional background information, legal transaction and compliance-related information, financial information, transaction security records, physical space security information, visual and audio records, and all other personal data obtained within the scope of the Company's activities may be processed in accordance with the principles set forth in Article 4 of the PDPL, namely being lawful and fair, accurate and up-to-date where necessary, processed for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes, relevant, limited and proportionate to the purposes for which they are processed, and retained for the period stipulated by applicable legislation or required for the purpose of processing.
Such processing may be carried out particularly for the purposes of conducting human resources processes, carrying out job application and evaluation activities, fulfilling the Company's legal and contractual obligations, implementing occupational health and safety practices, ensuring information security, conducting the Company's activities in compliance with applicable legislation, responding to requests from authorized public authorities, planning and executing industrial flooring projects in line with the Company's field of activity, managing application and on-site operations, maintaining customer relations, conducting activities with suppliers and business partners, and carrying out quotation, contracting, surveying, procurement, accounting and financial processes.
I acknowledge that my personal data may be processed based on the legal grounds specified in Article 5/2 of the PDPL, including where processing is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations, necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a legal right, or expressly provided for by law. In cases where these legal grounds do not apply, I agree that my personal data may be processed based on my explicit consent.
I have been informed that my special categories of personal data, including health data, criminal conviction and security measure information, and biometric data, may be processed only where permitted by applicable legislation, to the extent required by the processing purpose, subject to the implementation of appropriate technical and administrative safeguards, and based on my explicit consent where required.
I acknowledge that my personal data may be transferred, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the PDPL, to authorized public institutions and authorities, legally authorized private entities, suppliers, business partners, consultants, and service providers engaged by the Company for the conduct of its activities (including but not limited to IT, software, cloud services, archiving, security, auditing, legal and accounting services), as well as to the Company's domestic and international affiliates and subsidiaries, if any, for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations and carrying out business operations.
I have been informed that my personal data will be retained for the retention periods prescribed by applicable legislation and for as long as necessary for the purposes for which they are processed. Upon expiration of such periods, my personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with the PDPL and applicable legislation.
Pursuant to Article 11 of the PDPL, I have been informed that I have the right to learn whether my personal data is processed, request information if it has been processed, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with such purpose, know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction of personal data where the reasons requiring processing no longer exist, request notification of such actions to third parties to whom the data has been transferred, object to any outcome arising against me through the exclusive analysis of processed data by automated systems, and request compensation for damages incurred due to unlawful processing of my personal data.
Within the scope of this information notice, I declare and undertake that the personal data I have provided is accurate and up to date, and that I will promptly notify the Company of any changes to such information.
I hereby declare, acknowledge, and undertake that I have read and understood this Information Notice and that I freely give my explicit and informed consent to the processing, storage, and lawful transfer of my personal data for the purposes and within the scope described above.
